The present application is filed for issuance of notice on the new address to respondent Nos.13, 14, 15 and 19.

It appears that notices are already issued as per the new address supplied in the application to respondent Nos.13, 14, 15 and 19.

The necessary amendment in respect of address are permitted to carry out in title clause.

As such, the application stands disposed of. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The present application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No.21(b) on record. Notices were already issued to the proposed legal heirs, however, nobody has appeared on behalf of them.

As such, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is granted permission to bring on record the proposed legal heirs of respondent No.21(b). 4.
Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The Application stands disposed of.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file an affidavit in respect of service of respondent No.4 as per order dated 02.12.2024. The permission is granted.
