Counsel for the Respondents submits that reply to the application seeking amendment is ready and will be filed during the course of the day. Copy of reply has been handed over to the Counsel for the Petitioner in the Court itself, who seeks time to go through the reply. It is, however, made clear that the application seeking amendment in the petition will be considered at the time of final hearing. List the Writ Petition in the week commencing from 11.11.2024."

As could be seen, the Court was made to believe that the Respondents' reply is ready and will be filed during the course of the day. The learned Counsel, however, seeks time to file reply. Time granted, subject to costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the Respondents.

If the reply is not filed within two working days, Application seeking amendment shall proceed without reply. The Application, however, shall be considered at the time of final hearing, as has been observed in the order dated 8/10/2024. 4.
