Sonawane from the array of the respondents. It is stated that respondent no. 4 is already retired during the pendency of the present petition and there is no necessity of the respondent no.4 to be remained as party respondent and no any right of the said respondent would be affected, if his name is allowed to be deleted from the array of the respondents. Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the name of respondent no.4 from the array of the respondents.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.4 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
