The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition as the information was not available at the time of filing of the petition. The said information on the basis of which notice under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act is issued for reassessment is supplied by the respondent, however, no sanction order came to be supplied. The petitioner therefore seeks permission to add certain paragraphs and additional grounds to bring these information on record. As such, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within three days.
