DATED : 26th SEPTEMBER, 2024 Civil Application (CAW) No.2564/2024 is for modification of the order dated 23.09.2024 to the extent that posts falling under the purview of the Respondent No.3 be made an exception to the order dated 23.09.2024 so as to continue the interim order dated 25.07.2024. We are afraid to unable to agree to this modification, for the reason that the order dated 23.09.2024 was passed in open Court in presence of the learned Counsels for the respective parties. That apart, if we agree to the modification we would be creating two different categories amongst persons who are similarly situated. We, therefore, do not see any reason to
