The present application is filed by the petitioners for grant of permission to correct the name of petitioner No.3 as "Jojo" and also for grant of permission to delete the name of petitioner No.1.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within three days.

The present application is filed by the respondents for directions to the office of this Court not to disburse the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the petitioners.

In my considered opinion, when the final order is passed, such permission is granted in Para No.20 of the Judgment.

This application is not maintainable. As such, the application stands dismissed.
