. 10 .20 The counsel for the petitioner has filed the present application for grant of permission to serve notice to respondent by R.P.A/d in addition to regular mode of service. It is stated in the application that in order to expedite the matter, the applicant wants to serve the aforesaid respondent by RPAD in addition to regular mode of service.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent by R.P.A/d. through Court, on the given address in addition to regular mode of service, returnable within six weeks after issuance of notice.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
