The learned AGP does not dispute that in terms of KHUNTE

58-wp8059.23.odt 2/2 the GR dated 29/07/2024 (Pg.102-F), a deemed university would be entitled to the benefits of post matric scholarships to the students belonging to the Scheduled Caste. 4.

The caste validity certificate issued by the Caste Scrutiny Committee dated 28/11/2018 (Pg.27) certifies that the petitioner belongs to Mahar Scheduled Tribe in terms of which, the petitioner would be entitled to apply for the said scheme. The basic grievance is that the portal is not accepting the application of the petitioner, who is pursuing her MBBS Course, for making such a claim for scholarship.

The learned AGP to take instructions and make a statement as to in what time the portal would be ready to accept the application of the petitioner for the post matric scholarship scheme.
