respondent nos. 1 (a) to 1(u) through power of attorney holder Shri Sunil Laxman Lamsonge. Notices were directed to be issued to the respondent2687 nos. 1 (a) to 1(u) by private mode in addition to regular mode vide order dated 10.09.2024 by the Hon'ble Court. Thus, the applicant wants to issue notice upon the aforesaid respondents through power of attorney holder as mentioned in the application.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed, in the interest of justice. Office to issue notice upon the aforesaid respondents through power of attorney holder on given address, returnable within six weeks.

Office to get copy of death certificate of respondent no.1 and a copy of power of attorney from the counsel.
