Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

It is submitted that there is a Government Resolution dated 14.03.2024, after filing of this petition, by which, the second benefit of Assured Career Progress Scheme have been approved to the non teaching employed w.e.f. 01.01.2024 retrospectively. In view thereof, the petitioners seek permission to add paragraph Nos.8A, 10A and consequently prayer clause 2A.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three working days.

The application stands disposed of.
