It is pointed out that this court by order dated 23.12.2021 disposed of the petition subject to cost of rs/25,000/-.

It is the submission of the present petitioner that at the time of issuing notice to show their bonafide, Rs.2,00,000/- were deposited in the court. In view of the final order, now only the cost of Rs.25,000/- has been remained. Hence, the remaining amount be permitted to withdraw from the Registry of this court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the balance amount.

The application stands disposed of.
