DATED : 16th OCTOBER, 2024 Civil Application (CAW) No.2759/2024 is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to amend the Writ Petition in terms of prayer clause (A), as certain order came to be passed by the Respondents after passing of the order dated 12.09.2024 by this Court and to bring on record the subsequent events as well as prayer clause to that effect. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed.

The amendment be carried out forthwith. The amended copy be supplied to the other side.

The Respondents are at liberty to file additional say, if any, within a period of one week thereafter.
