This Application is filed to direct the Industrial Court to decide the Complaint (IDA) No. 1/2024 within stipulated time. 2.

The learned Counsel for Applicants submits that though the Complaint is filed in the year 2024, it has been filed in terms of the Judgment dated 30/8/2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5023/2023 along with connected Petitions. The matter, as such, is pretty old.

If that be so, the Applicants shall make a request for early hearing before the Industrial Court, and if the request is so made, the Industrial Court shall consider the same favourably, but depending upon his docket.
