By this application, the Applicant/Petitioner seeks permission to add the necessary party and amend the Petition.

It is contended that during the pendency of the Petition, the Respondents appointed one Shri Nitin Arun Asarwar as a Junior Clerk, and therefore, the Applicant/Petitioner wants to add him as a party as Respondent No.4 to the Petition and also sought amendment in the Petition as well as prayer clause, for which the learned AGP for the Respondent No.1/State has no objection.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and no objection of the learned AGP for Respondent No.1/State, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed. 5.

The Applicant/Petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within a week and supply the amended copy to the other side.
