The applicant states that the aforesaid respondents are residing on the given address. Therefore, the applicant prays for issuance of fresh notice on the given address upon the aforesaid respondents by registered post, R.P.A/d Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in the interest of justice. The applicant is permitted to serve respondent nos. 5 and 6 by R.P.A/d.

through Court, returnable within four weeks after issuance of notice.
