NOVEMBER 13, NOVEMBER 13, (1) The present Applications are filed by the Applicants for grant of permission to intervene in the present Writ Petition. (2) The contention of the Applicants is that the Applicants have been agitating about inaction on the part of the Trust and have been bringing this fact to the public at large. It is also contended that the Applicants have been agitating about the same by making various Representations. It is submitted that the land in question was reserved for public park, which said reservation if lapsed, the public at large are going to suffer.

19caw2931.23+1 19caw2931.23+1 (3) Learned Counsel for the Petitioners opposes the Applications on the ground that their personal rights cannot be defeated by allowing the Applications for Intervention, however, in view of the fact that the Intervenors are also interested in protecting the lands for public cause, the Applications are allowed.
(4) The Applicants are allowed to be added as Intervenors in the Petition. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of three days from today.
(5) Mr. Parchure and Mr. Raut, learned Counsel waive notices for the respective added Intervenors.
