3,12,32 & 33 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the petitioner does not know any other address of aforesaid respondents and whatever address that is mentioned in the array of respondents is the last known address to the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner wants to substitute the service upon aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.
As per office note, notice issued to R.
Nos.3,12,32 and 33 are received back unserved for want of detail and correct address. Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' Nagpur Edition for R. Nos.3,12 & 32 and Chandrapur Edition for R. No.33 in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C.
As per the office note, petitioner is directed to take steps against repondent no.16 who is reported to be dead and office to issue fresh notice to R. Nos. 30,31 & 46.
