DATED : 17.03.2025 Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition. It is contended that during the pendency of this petition, respondent No.2Sub Divisional Officer, Kelapur passed the impugned order dated 13.09.2024. The petitioner seeks permission to bring on record the subsequent events as well as challenge to the order of Sub Divisional Officer by adding prayer clause.

Though, the application is opposed by the learned A.G.P., however, considering the subsequent events to be placed on record, no prejudice will be caused to the Government.

List the matter on 18.03.2025 along with Writ Petition No.5738/2024.
