C.A.W. No. 2972/2024 in Writ Petition No.8723/2018 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.06.2026 The application is taken out by the petitioners to correct the addresses of Respondent Nos.2 & 3. It is contended that notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved for want of correct and detailed address. It is further contended that the petitioners are providing correct addresses of aforesaid respondents. Thus, the petitioners want to correct the address and issue notice on corrected addresses of aforesaid respondents.

Since, the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
