Charole from the array of the respondents. It is stated that as per bailiff report, the aforesaid respondents are reported to be dead. Copies of death certificates are on record. Thus, the applicant wants to delete respondent nos.

2 and 6 from the array of the respondents.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete respondent nos. 2 and 6 from the array of the respondents, at the risk of the petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out.
