It is stated that the said respondent passed away on 05.07.2023 and her legal heirs i.e. respondent nos. 2(a) and 2(e) are already on record. Thus, the applicant wants to delete the name of respondent no. 2(f) from the array of the respondents. The application is supported by affidavit. As per bailiff report dated 09.05.2024, the aforesaid respondent is reported to be dead.

Since, the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no. 2 (f) from the array of the respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
