DATE : 12-12-2024 The petitioners have moved this application to amend the petition as the National Medical Commission framed the regulation for the stipend payment. Therefore, the petitioners want to incorporate grounds regarding this in the petition. 2.

Having considered the same, we allow the application as prayed. The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today and place a copy on record by supplying the same to the other side by the returnable date.
