This is an application for an early hearing of the petition by giving a fixed date, which is made on the grounds that the petitioner could not get service due to the pendency of the present petition.

This matter is of the year 2020; however, many old cases are pending for final hearing before the Court. Therefore, we do not find substance in the reasons stated in the application.

Hence, the application is rejected.
