The applicant states that the given address of the respondent no.4 is correct and proper and thus the applicant seeks permission to serve respondent no.4 on the given address through Hamdast.

Application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the respondent no.4 by Hamdast, through Court, returnable within six weeks.
