Therefore, the petitioner wants to challenge the said rejection order in this petition, to which the learned Assistant Government Pleader has given no objection.

2) Considering the reasons stated in the application and the learned Assistant Government Pleader's no objection, the application is allowed as prayed.

3) The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within one week thereafter. 4) List the matter on 05/03/2025.
