DATE : 19TH DECEMBER, 2024 Mr.Bastian, learned counsel of the applicant submits, that in the charge-sheet filed before the Sessions Court by the CBI in Special Case No.76 of 2023, the name of the witness Shirish Moon, though does not appear, he has been permitted to be summoned by the learned Sessions Court. The said person is not cited as a witness in the Departmental Enquiry. We had already made it clear earlier, that the stay of the departmental proceedings was granted for a limited purpose, which purpose consequent to the examination of the witnesses has been served. We therefore, do not wish to stay the departmental proceedings. The application is therefore dismissed in the above position.
