The appellant has challenged the Award passed by the Land Acquisition Officer in Land Acquisition Case No.990/AMT/AMT/2018 decided on 25.08.2023.

The applicant has filed this application to stay the execution of said Award. The applicant is ready to Kavita

Subject to depositing the entire decretal amount in this Court within a stipulated period, the execution of the award passed in Land Acquisition Case No.990/AMT/AMT/2018 shall remain stayed during the pendency of the proceedings.
