Heard rival submissions.

The Respondent No.1/Claimant is seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation along with interest. However, in other similar matters, this Court, vide order dated 17/1/2025 has already permitted the Applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation.

As such, the Respondent No.1/Claimant is also permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% on solvent surety along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amount be invested in FDR in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis during the pendency of the Appeal.
