By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 1110 days in filing statutory appeal. The primary reason for delay is pendamic and lockdown and further time is consumed for taking necessary approvals and permission.

Having regard to the contents of the application, delay needs to be condoned. However, subject to certain costs. Delay of 1110 days in filing statutory appeal is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.3,000/- to be paid by the appellant to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur within three weeks from today. 3.
The civil application is allowed and disposed of.

By this application, applicant / original claimant is seeking withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. 5.
Having regard to the contents of the application, applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest, subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

The civil application is disposed of.
CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 81 OF 2025 7.
This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned Judgment and award.

Having regard to the fact that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in this Court, the interim stay granted by order 20/01/2025 stands confirmed.
