By this application the applicant seeks stay to the award passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Amravti in M.A.C.P. No.190/2019. The applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation before this Court.

Subject to depositing the entire amount of compensation in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the proceedings.
