This is an application under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for stay to the impugned judgment dated 24.10.2024 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.378/2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decreetal amount along with interest is already deposited.

In view of this, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 20.01.2025 stands confirmed. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed and disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO.36 OF 2025 4.

Having regard to the controversy involved, list the appeal for final disposal at the stage of admission on 04.02.2026.
