By the present Application, the Applicants/ Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are seeking to transmit the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company with the Registry of this Court along with accrued interest to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

For the reasons set out in the Application, Civil Application is allowed as prayed for.

The amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company with accrued interest thereon be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati. 5.

Upon depositing the amount, the Tribunal shall disburse the same to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3/Claimants in
