The legal heirs of respondent no. 1 have filed this application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,21,998=50 along with accrued interest.

Needless to mention that the appellants have deposited an amount of Rs.1,97,766/- at the time of admission of the appeal and the appeal came to be partly allowed.

Hence, learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to compute the actual amount of compensation along with accrued interest in terms of the judgment and order dated 06.09.2018 of this Court, which is to be given to the respondents as per prayer clause (ii) of the RR Jaiswal
