Heard learned advocates for the parties.

This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

In view of the facts stated in the application, applicants/ respondent nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. Out of the said amount, 60% is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking and 20% is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety.

The application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
