This is an application for modification of the order dated 15th September, 2023. It is submitted that learned Tribunal had quantified the share of the respondents. It is submitted that the order is required to be modified and that the respective respondents be allowed to withdraw the amount of their share as quantified by learnedTribunal. 2.

Accordingly, the order is modified. The respondents are allowed to withdraw the amount of their share with accrued interest as quantified by learned Tribunal. The withdrawal of the amount shall be in terms of the order dated 15th September, 2023.

The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
