This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 30/01/2024 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Wardha in M.A.C.P. No.76/2022. The applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation in this Court.

On the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, the effect, execution and operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the proceedings.
