CAF No. 187/2024 in First Appeal No. 64/2023 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 23.01.2024 This application is filed for grant of permission to serve respondent no.1 through RPAD and issue notice to respondent no.2 on new address. It is stated that the notice issued to the respondent no.1 received back unserved.

Thus, the appellant wants to serve the said respondent No.1 by R.P.A/d. So also, the notice issued to respondent no.2 also returned back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent no.2. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal as regards respondent no.2. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent no.2. The applicant is also permitted to serve the respondent No.1 by R.P.A/d, through Court. Both the notices are returnable within Six weeks.

The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
