This is an application seeking direction to the Nazir to release the interest on the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon. It is stated that the appeal has been disposed of. The amount of compensation has been deposited. 2.

In view of this, the Nazir shall calculate the interest on the deposited amount as well as the accrued interest and shall pay the same to respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5. 3.

As far as respondent No.4 is concerned, the amount of her share be transferred in her name Chandani Kumari D/o. Manoj Pandey.
