This is an application seeking permission by respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to receive 50% amount of compensation ordered to be paid vide order dated 7th November, 2023.

It is submitted that now respondent No.3 is dead. The name of deceased-respondent No.3 is deleted. Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are the legal heirs of deceased-respondent No.3. They are entitled to get the amount.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. 50% amount of compensation, as already ordered to be paid, be paid to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 in equal share.
