Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

This is an application for correction of the names of respondent Nos.1(a), 1(b) and 1(e). It is stated that the correct name of respondent No.1(a) is Smt. Nanibai Pandurangji Gorale, whereas in the application it was mentioned as Smt. Manibai Pandurang Gorale. It is stated that the correct name of respondent No.1(b) is Sunanda Umesh Sabale, whereas in the application it was mentioned as Sunanda Ganeshrao Sabale. It is stated that the correct name of respondent No.1(e) is Raja Pandurangji Gorale, whereas in the application it was mentioned as Rajendra Pandurangji Gorale. It is stated that this mistake was committed by the advocate for the claimants/respondents. The facts stated in the application are supported by documents such as the Aadhar Card.

In view of this, the application is allowed. The correction of names in terms of the prayer be made. 4.

The correction be carried out by the appellant forthwith.
