The office is directed to deposit the amount of payable compensation along with entire accrued interest in the account of Respondent Nos.1 and 4 separately to the extent of their 1/3rd share each.

As regards 1/3rd amount payable to the Respondent No.2, who is a minor, the same shall be deposited in fixed deposit with any Nationalized Bank till he attains majority. 3.

The FDR of the Respondent No.2 be sent to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, which has passed the Award and details thereof be furnished to the Respondent No.1/mother of the Respondent No.2.

As and when the Respondent No.2 attains majority, the amount can be disbursed to him by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
