The present application is moved for seeking corrections in the name of the sole respondent. 2.

It is submitted that in the cause title of the order dated 30.04.2023, the name of the respondent is typed as "Pradya Gajbhiye & others", whereas correct name should be "Smt. Sumitrabai wd/o Pralhad Wankahde".

Submission is made on the basis of the order of the High Court Legal Services Sub-committee, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur, which is uploaded on the Official Website of the Bombay High Court. Perusal of the original order demonstrates that the name of the respondent is typed as "Sumitrabai Wandhade & others" and the application is filed on the basis of the order which is uploaded on the Official Website.

The name of the respondent in the original order dated 30.04.2023 be corrected as "Smt. Sumitrabai wd/o nd.thawre

Pralhad Wankahde".

After correction is made, the order dated 30.04.2023 passed by the Lok-Adalat be uploaded on the Official Website of the Bombay High Court.

The application is disposed of.

Civil Application No.244 of 2025 7.

In view of the withdrawal of the appeal, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court at the time of filing of appeal and the balance amount of Rs.95,700/- deposited with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal on 11.10.2012. vide Receipt No.6434678.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
