2) Considering the reasons stated in the application, as well as no objection of the respondents, the application is allowed as prayed.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 1745 OF 2025 1) Respondents have moved an application for permitting them to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. For which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.

2) Considering the reasons stated in the application and facts of the case, as well as no objection by the learned counsel for the appellant, in my view, it would be appropriate to permit

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 262 OF 2025 1) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that as per the order dated 24/02/2025, the appellant has already deposited the entire award amount in this Court. Therefore, the application for stay has to be disposed of.
