This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the memo of appeal and the objection raised by the learned counsel for the appellant, respondent nos.1 and 3 are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) each out of the amount falling in their share, on furnishing usual undertaking.
