CAF No. 306/2024 in First Appeal No. 201/2014 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 30.01.2024 This application is taken out for grant of permission to convert status of respondent no. 2 who shown as minor in the cause title of the appeal, through natural guardian mother i.e. respondent no.1. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, the respondent no.2 has attained majority. Thus, the applicant prays to convert the status of the respondent no.2 from minor to major. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal as against respondent no. 2 as major. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent by paper publication as substitute service as permitted vide order dated 18.07.2023 in CAF No. 1397/2023, returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.
