By the present application the appellant is seeking refund of statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- with interest accrued thereon on the ground that appeal filed by him under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 was allowed by this Court vide judgment and decree dated 9.8.2023. The request is reasonable.
