It is stated that the notice issued to respondent no.1 and 2 received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated that on searching the address of the the aforesaid respondents, it is found that they are residing on the given address.

Thus, the counsel wants to serve the aforesaid respondents on the given address by Hamdast.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the notice to respondents by Hamdast, through Court, is granted, returnable within four weeks.
