NO. 67/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 18/02/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 7 by way of paper publication. As per bailiff's report, notice received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated in the application that despite several address, correct address could not found. So, appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'City Today' Indore Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
