As per bailiff's report, noticee was not found on the given address.

It is stated in the application that despite taking several efforts, appellant did not find the correct address. So, appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.No. 4 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Times of India' Kolkata Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
