As per bailiff's report, noticees were not residing on the given address. It is stated in the application that inspite of best efforts, the correct address of R.Nos. 2 and 3 could not find.
So, appellant prays for substituted service.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.
Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.Nos. 2 and 3 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punya Nagri' Thane Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
